How We Use Your Information
To Provide Your Results
We analyze your responses to give you personalized career guidance and insights about your strengths.
To Improve Our Service
We study how people use the assessment to make it better. For example, if many people find a question confusing, we can improve it.
For Research (With Your Permission)
If you give consent, we may use your anonymous data for research to help Saudi graduates find better career matches. You can say no to this and still use the assessment.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Performance of Contract: To provide you with assessment results and career guidance (your agreement to use our service)
- Legitimate Interest: To improve our service and fix technical issues
- Your Consent: For research use of your anonymous data (optional - you can say no)
Data Retention
- Account Information & Assessment Results: Kept until you delete your account
- Research Data: If you consent, anonymous data may be retained for up to 10 years for research purposes
- After Account Deletion: All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days
International Data Transfers & Data Processors
Hosting & Infrastructure: Your data is hosted on Replit cloud infrastructure, which may involve data transfers outside Saudi Arabia to secure data centers in the United States and other regions.
Legal Safeguards: Data transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by relevant data protection authorities, ensuring your data receives adequate protection regardless of location.
Data Processors: We work with the following third-party processors:
- Replit: Cloud hosting and infrastructure (United States) - Replit Privacy Policy
- PostgreSQL (Neon): Database hosting - covered by Replit infrastructure
All processors are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Research Consent
We believe research helps improve career guidance for all Saudi graduates. If you choose to help by allowing your anonymous data to be used for research:
- Your name and email will never be included
- Your data will be combined with others so you can't be identified
- Research findings will help future graduates
- You can withdraw consent at any time
This is completely optional - you can still use TalentMasterKey even if you prefer not to participate in research.
